EndoGlow Website Privacy Policy

This policy applies to the public EndoGlow website at endoglow.app. It applies to the marketing site itself, not to data entered into the EndoGlow iOS app.

1. Information the website may receive

When you visit the EndoGlow website, standard web infrastructure may receive basic technical information such as IP address, browser type, device information, request time, and referring page in order to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site.

If you contact EndoGlow by email, EndoGlow will receive the information you include in that message, such as your email address and any details you choose to share.

The public website itself is a static marketing site and is not intended to collect symptom logs, journal entries, or other health tracking data directly through the webpage.

2. How the website uses information

Website-related information may be used to serve the site, secure the site, respond to support or privacy inquiries, and investigate bugs, abuse, or operational issues.

EndoGlow does not use website information for targeted advertising based on health data and does not sell personal information collected through the public website.

3. Third parties and linked services

The website relies on third-party infrastructure to load and deliver pages, and it links to third-party destinations such as the App Store. Those third parties may process technical request data under their own policies.

The website also loads hosted font files from Google Fonts, which may involve requests to Google when the page is loaded in your browser.

4. Website-specific privacy boundaries

If you use the EndoGlow iOS app, the app is covered by the separate iOS app privacy policy. The website policy is intentionally narrower and applies only to the public site and support contact flow.

5. Contact

If you have questions about website privacy, contact [email protected].
